Spektron is Prediktor's product line for on-line NIR solutions. The Spektron 1700 measurement probe is specifically designed for real-time situations and industrial applications. It is robust, reliable and can be used in harsh environments.

Whereas at-line NIR instruments need daily supervision from trained personnel, Spektron is self-monitoring and designed for continuous measurements day and night. Prediktor's on-line NIR is an innovative way of using the traditional NIR technology, taking the well known NIR technology out of the laboratory and onto the production line. Spektron is designed with one main goal – continuous measurements to assist you in optimizing your process.

Spektron is utilizing Prediktor’s real time software – called APIS. APIS is used for continuous monitoring of the on-line instrument. Further APIS makes it possible to access your NIR measurement from any PC with Internet connection, to monitor production, create reports or transfer new calibrations.

For faster start-up, Prediktor offers on-line NIR solutions tailor-made for the meat industry and for the feed industry. These solutions include adapted instrumentation and specifically designed software, as well as start-up calibrations.
